The Programs approach mental and emotional well-being, prefacing a holistic Te Ao Māori perspective through Te Whare Tapa Wha, ( The Four -sides of the House) which is a Māori Health Model developed by Sir Mason Durie in 1984. 


Te Whare Tapa Wha represents the spiritual, physical, mental and family centric framework of a wharenui ( ancestoral meeting house) where all dimensions are supported and inter-connected.


After a decade of working 1:1 with Māori and Pasifika whanau, and having created a Program that I was able to deliver to them, I'm now more than ever excited to have more tools in my kete.


Today, I continue my passion for empowering whanau, by utilizing the tools and strategies acquired from Coach Traingin, at The Life Coach School.

When a whanau member learns how to manage her or his mind and creates a fresh start, they not only strenghten themselves, but positively impacts their loved ones, family and generations to come.
